Nirvana is our version of paradise, on one of the world’s great beaches. As the name implies it is truly a piece of heaven on earth…imagine a lush green tropical garden filled with exotic flowers and blooming trees loaded with fruits and colorful hummingbirds…all set right in the middle of a 7-mile beach of silky soft powder white sand caressed by the warm, clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
Centrally located on Negril Beach in a romantic and private setting with only eight rental units to suit individual tastes and we are a terrific value… you can rent one unit, several units or the whole property for that special island-style laid back and un-commercial beachfront vacation you have been searching for.
Imagine a peaceful, exotic and lush tropical garden where you can relax in a hammock in the shady gardens filled with tropical coconut palms, fruit trees and all kinds of blooming flowers and orchids which attract butterflies hummingbirds and songbirds…
All set on 2 acres right in the center of the beach, where you can easily walk to all Negril’s attractions including every kind of watersports, local jerk chicken
and lobster stands, tasty snack shops, cozy beach bars, and a wide selection of restaurants in every price range. For shoppers there are many chic island-style
boutiques, interesting and colorful native wood carving and handicraft markets and duty free shops. Spend your day taking in all the flavors of Negril, or just hang out under a favorite palm tree. American-style comforts in our rentals, 24 hour security and exceptional hospitality from our friendly and caring Jamaican staff will make you feel right at home.
There are no planned activities or schedules, you can create your own with the help of our friendly manager and staff who will be happy to help you arrange activities of all kinds, from a dazzling array of beachfront watersports and sunset cruises to shopping for beautiful handicrafts in local markets, to guided full
day trips to the Jamaican countryside, the exciting Black River Safari and several pristine waterfalls.
We offer a limited number of guests a Caribbean beachfront vacation experience with a warm Jamaican welcome and American style amenities in just 12 rental units. Your privacy and security are assured in a relaxed and romantic setting where you can forget the pressures and cares of daily life. All of Nirvana’s immaculate accommodations have been planned for your enjoyment. They are fully screened; have ceiling fans in all rooms and family-style comforts. Our new luxury Verandah Suites offer the ultimate in beachfront living and feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a kitchenette and large private verandah facing the beach, the sea and the sunsets. The cottages have full kitchens and include maid/cook service, guests provide groceries. Daily maid service is included in the couple’s suites, of course. Rollaway beds are available in any of the units, to accommodate extras. Our newest 2 bedroom cottage is wheel-chair accessible.
We have a totally private beach area within our property lines, beach lounge chairs, a charcoal grill and picnic area and hammocks in the shady gardens. Extra
services are available on request, such as nanny or baby-sitting service from experienced and recommended Jamaican sitters, laundry service is also available.
Our recommended van and taxi drivers are fully licensed and insured and are available for all your transportation needs including airport transfers by reservations, as well as shopping , day trips to other beautiful and interesting places in Jamaica. Leave the driving to local drivers who are experienced in driving on the LEFT.
We know hotel security is on everyone’s mind while traveling and we have 24 hour security in place for your complete peace of mind. Our beach guard assures your privacy and will watch any personal belongings you may want to leave with him while you take a walk go for a parasail ride or do watersports or relax on the beach. Our night watchman takes over in the evening and patrols our grounds while you sleep. NOW added “FREE” WiFi Internet Access!

Cottages
We offer a few lucky guests a unique beachfront environment in the least densely developed property in Negril, with only 5 Cottages and 7 One Bedroom
Suites all set on 2 beachfront acres of gardens and grounds. Cottages have 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and a large family-style
porch-type living/dining room. All units are fully screened and have ceiling fans in every room.
Please note: None of the Cottages have TV nor are they Air Conditioned as they are set in our shady gardens.
Each cottage has 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds in the other bedrooms. Daily maid/cook service for one meal per day is included in the cottage rates, guests
provide all groceries needed for meal preparation. The cottages have been planned for maximum beach-life enjoyment.
Cottage Rates
Cottage 1has three bedrooms and accommodates six people. There is a half-bath in the cottage and one full modern bathroom with an open-tiled shower right outside. The rate is as follows per night for two people: Winter $195.00US Summer $136.00US
Cottage 2 is larger, and features three bedrooms, which can accommodate six people. There is one full bathroom in the cottage, and another full bathroom just outside. The rate is as follows per night for two people: Winter $205.00US Summer $143.00US
Cottages 3 & 4 can each accommodate four people. They feature two large bedrooms, one deluxe tiled bathroom inside, and a lovely open family room/kitchen. The rate is as follows per night for two people: Winter $205.00US Summer $143.00US
Cottage 5 is our newest cottage & is even more spacious, with ceiling fans in every room, two large bedrooms, a huge tiled bathroom, spacious living/dining area, and kitchen. It is our only unit designed with full handicapped access. The rate is as follows per night for two people: Winter $220.00US Summer $154.00US
- There is year round $30.00 per night charge for each additional person over the first two
guests. - We add a 10.00% per dollar JA hotel tax to all rentals.
- Roll-A-Way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extra guests.
- All units have in-room security boxes.
- Cook Service is limited to one meal per day.
Garden Studios
Our Lovely GARDEN VIEW STUDIO’S are just steps to the Beach. Each air-conditioned unit has A/C, Ceiling Fans and a King Bed, and also a SOFA BED for up to 2 extras. A self-catering kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, fridge, and 2 burners. There is a large enclosed covered sitting room with a Garden view, the unit has screened louvered windows.

Verandah Suites
We also feature two special & elegant 1 BR VERANDA SUITES which have a romantic four-poster bamboo king-size bed with netting, a full kitchenette with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, & 1 burner. The Veranda suites have an exotic outdoor shower as well as a lovely tile bathroom with another
shower, a bidet, and a separate large his-and-hers dressing room.These are among the most spacious and luxurious air-conditioned suites in all of
Negril… you will fall in love with them. The view from your private oceanfront verandah is a romantic memory-maker, and it’s the perfect spot for sunset

The romantic air-conditioned SUNDECK I STUDIO has a king-size bed in a lovely beachfront room with a fabulous ocean view & features a large open sun deck designed for total privacy. It has a nice tiled bathroom & a large walk-in closet. There is a brand new (self catering) kitchenette with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, 2 burner hot plate and fridge. The ocean view is breathtaking, and it’s all yours!

Sundeck II Studio
You’ll LOVE the romantic air-conditioned SUNDECK II STUDIO. This unit has a king-size bed in a lovely beachfront room that opens to a large covered sitting room that has an ocean view with total privacy from any neighbors. and also has a SOFA BED for up to 2 extras. Studio has a nice tiled bathroom & a large closet. There is a full self catering kitchenette with eating space, a coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, 2 burners and a fridge in the room, The ocean view is breathtaking, and it’s all yours!

This is our personal 1 Bed Room BEACHFRONT private, luxurious, villa that we are now offering, it is a very open and spacious design that is fully screened, with ceiling fans in every room. The villa has large, lovely, Air Conditioned bedroom, with a king-size bed and a louvered ocean view.
The Owner’s Villa has an exotic and lushly planted outdoor walled hot water shower garden, a big designer bathroom with a bidet and a large double sink vanity, it has an indoor tiled shower and a very large his and hers walk-in closet with a dressing area. There is a full kitchen with coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove and sink. Cook service for 1 meal per day is included, guests provide all groceries. A large dining area and sitting room, plus a separate living room which opens out to a very large private open Veranda facing the ocean and the beach. It is furnished with a table, chairs, a hammock and a swing chair. The ocean view is breathtaking!
The rate is as follows per night for two people: Winter $340.00US Summer $238.00US. There is room for 2 extra guests at $30.00 per night, per person on rollaway beds.
