Seaview Chateau – Montego Bay
Seaview Chateau is a beautiful 9 bedroom villa in Ironshore, Montego Bay. It has 8 bedrooms/8 bath, plus 1 honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi in the ensuite bathroom. The swimming pool is large swimming pool (40 x 20 ft). All bedrooms are air conditioned. This villa is very family oriented and has an exercise room and games room and is perfect for large groups.
The villa is fully staffed with a cook, housekeeper and gardener. The rooms in Seaview Chateau are large and spacious. Bedroom Configuration: 2 downstairs bedrooms have king beds each Master Bedroom upstairs has a kingsize bed 6 bedrooms upstairs have 2 double beds each All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Located in a serene setting with a magnificent ocean view, swimming pool, and just 200 yards from a 18 hole golf course.
Rates: Single rooms are $135usd and the Master bedroom is $160usd . Contact us to inquire about renting the whole villa or a few rooms!

Im interested in finding out if you rent a single room that could accomodate a small family of 2 adults and 2 children? As I can see from your pictures, you do have rooms with 2 beds.
If you do rent individual rooms to small families like mine, I was interested to know whether you have any availabilities for April 10th – April 17th?

Words cannot express the wonderful time we had while in Jamaica, and the staff at Seaview Chateau made the experience even greater. This was our first trip to Jamaica. The villa was in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It is located on a cult-a-sac, so it was extremely quiet and relaxing. Every morning, the staff would open the doors of the villa, and the fresh Jamaican breeze that came through the villa was very nice.
Andre (the gardener) made us feel at home right away. He and Alver (the owner) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable at the villa. We had not yet purchased a phone with a Jamaican phone number, so we had no form of communication with our driver. Andre let us borrow his phone for two days until we were able to get it worked out. He also offered to pick up some beef patties for us for our long plane ride home the morning that we left.
Joyce (the cook) made us feel right at home as well. She was happy to make any meal we requested, but was also OK if we just decided to have cereal for breakfast. She even prepared chicken and rice and peas for dinner for us one night – her treat, and waited at the villa for us long after dinner time to make sure we had dinner that night. Bless her heart. She was such a joy to talk to during our stay. She even called us to make sure we had a safe plane ride home!
I never felt unsafe at the villa, and always felt comfortable with the staff.
The service from everyone at the villa was above and beyond anything I was even expecting. They treated us like family. I plan to keep in touch with every one of them!
