Guest Rooms

A locally designed mahogany staircase of the finest Jamaican craftsmanship leads to the master bedroom suite replete with high-beamed wooden ceilings and exotic Brazilian hardwood floors while the en suite master bath is your tropical oasis complete with Jacuzzi tub, separate rain shower and opulent granite counter tops. The master bedroom would not be complete without its own private terrace, two in fact, where you can sit, relax with a glass of wine and gaze in awe as the sun sets.

The crème de la crème, our oceanfront Villa features a master suite with a wrap around balcony with spectacular ocean views throughout.

Emerson Paradise Villas Policy:

• Two night minimum stay required
• No Minimum guests
• Maximum 6 guests (charge will apply for each additional guest)
• Children welcome
• Security deposit required
• Smoking not allowed inside the villas
• Pets are not allowed
• One-week rental required for weddings and special events
• Maximum 100 people for weddings/special events
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM

Reservations Policy:

• Deposit of 50% required to confirm the reservation.
• Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Full payment is required for bookings made within 60 days.
• Bookings during the Christmas / New Year Holiday Season (Dec 20 through January 3), Easter and local public holidays (Emancipation/ Independence & Heroes) require a deposit of 50% to confirm the reservation with final due 90 days prior to arrival.A refundable security deposit of USD 500.00 is required for all bookings payable at time of final rental deposit. The security deposit will be refunded promptly after departure assuming that no damage is sustained during the guest’s visit.

Located in Downtown Ocho Rios, where you will find an abundance of restaurants, nightlife, beaches, duty-free shopping and an open air authentic Jamaican craft market.  All of this is just a lovely and brief walk away from the hotel.

Cool Vibes villa was given its name for the laid back ambiance and feel of the property.  When you walk in the front door you’re greeted by a sunken, open living space furnished with all the comforts you need to either relax or live it up!  On the upper level is a wrap-around walkway that accesses all 4 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom.  All bedrooms have AC, ceiling fans, TV, walk-in closets and queen beds.

The villa can sleep 8 people (4 couples) comfortably.  The main living area is also furnished with TV, leather sofas, dining table and half bathroom.  Wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa. Walk out french doors to a patio with seating and a large private pool that overlooks a HUGE back yard, perfect for group gatherings.  There are hammocks for chilling out, and lots of lawn space for yard activities.  The home audio system is wired inside and outside the house so you can get down to your favorite tunes at your pool/yard party

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave and everything you need. The villa comes with a chef and housekeeping so you never need to lift a finger unless you choose to!

Cool Vibes can be rented by the room or the entire villa for groups. Located 10 minutes from Sangster international airport and only 15 minutes from Montego Bay’s “hip strip”.  Blue Diamond and Rose Hall shopping areas are only minutes away.  Wireless Internet is also available in case you need to keep in touch with the real world.

The property is densely fruited with mango, banana, avocado, papaya, and soursop trees. Wild parrots, hummingbirds and many other birds endemic to Jamaica are daily visitors. Three children, age 6, 11,and 12, live on the property. The cottages are 100, 200, and 300 steps up a steep hill, so a certain level of fitness is advisable. Running water is not hot unless u choose to heat it on the stove. The air is conditioned by fans and sea breezes. Beds are covered with mosquito netting. Cooking facilities, internet, great views…

Location: 10 minute walk from the center of Port Antonio. The main road into the Rio Grande Valley is called Sommerstown Road. Somers lane is a small lane just past the Adventist church on Sommerstown road. At the end of Somers lane, their are some concrete steps to the left, the cottages are 100 steps up on the hill.

Go fishing for Blue Marlin, enjoy snorkeling around Monkey Island and surf waves at Boston Beach, within five-minute walking distance. Taste the world-famous ‘jerk’ chicken or pork, walk the beach at Long Bay, swim at Reich Falls, raft the Rio Grande and then retire to Sanspice to watch the sunset.

Sanspice Villa sits facing the beach in the north-eastern town of Port Antonio. It’s within a five-minute walking distance of Frenchman’s Cove, San San Bay, and the Blue Lagoon.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, enough for a family with children. The master bedroom is very spacious, as two double beds, and has its own bathroom with shower.  You can see the ocean from the bedroom. The second bedroom is just like the master bedroom: very spacious, has two double beds, and has its own bathroom with shower. You can also see the ocean from this bedroom.

The living room has a large television, DVD player, phone, fax machine, and even comes with cable tv. The dining area is kept clean and is fully staffed with our cook who can prepare any dish you desire.  The kitchen is super clean and is fully staffed with a cook who can prepare any food you like. Though you must buy your own food, our cook can help you with the shopping and give you advice on what and where to shop.

Enjoy some drinks on the patio as you relax and watch the sun set.  The entrance to the Sanspice Villa estate is secluded. You can enjoy privacy and
peace, away from noisy cars. From the lawn, enjoy a panoramic view of the Jamaican coast. It’s so awesome! Wait ’till you see the sunset.

There is a small island in front of the house. You can swim there and snorkel around it. The water is extremely calm and safe.  The view from the patio is absolutely breath-taking. You really have to see t to believe it!
